ИНТЕГРАЦИЯ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА И КОСМИЧЕСКИХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ: РОЛЬ ПАРТНЕРСТВА ЮНЕСКО–НАСА В ЗАЩИТЕ НАСЛЕДИЯ И КЛИМАТИЧЕСКОЙ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ

Аннотация

Статья рассматривает применение искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) и спутниковых технологий дистанционного зондирования для защиты культурного наследия, снижения риска катастроф и климатической устойчивости в рамках партнёрства ЮНЕСКО - НАСА, учреждённого в 2005 году и существенно расширившегося после 2024 года благодаря семейству геопространственных базовых моделей Prithvi. Сочетая структурированный обзор литературы со сравнительным трансферным анализом, исследование прослеживает институциональную эволюцию партнёрства, характеризует техническую архитектуру и тестируемые показатели моделей Prithvi-EO-2.0 и Prithvi-WxC, а также рассматривает государственно-частную инициативу HeritageWatch.AI, запущенную в Париже в феврале 2025 года. Раздел обсуждения помещает эти процессы в контекст Рекомендации ЮНЕСКО по этике искусственного интеллекта и её Методологии оценки готовности (RAM), а также выявляет структурные барьеры — неравный доступ к вычислительным ресурсам, нехватку квалифицированных кадров и издержки языковой адаптации. В качестве оригинального вклада статья оценивает перспективы применения данного опыта для Азербайджана, увязывая космическую инфраструктуру страны («Азеркосмос»), задачи мониторинга наследия на освобождённых территориях Карабаха и Восточного Зангезура и методологию RAM ЮНЕСКО, и предлагает архитектуру национальной платформы «Умный мониторинг культурного наследия».
